On the morning of June 1st, Jin Yangkai, the dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing at our school, led the backbone teachers of the school to conduct an on-site inspection at Zhangjiang Guangli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.

The team visited modern production workshops, product production lines, and various types of mechanical equipment, exploring the "fit points" of school enterprise cooperation from multiple levels, all-round, and deep fields, including operational processes and visual management.

At the symposium, Jin Yangkai introduced the educational characteristics and new talent cultivation models of our school's Intelligent Manufacturing College. At the same time, we had in-depth exchanges with Xu Zuming, Director of Longquan Industrial Innovation Research Institute and Zhejiang University Longquan Innovation Center, and Lin Xiaowei, General Manager of Guangli Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., on school enterprise cooperation, employment recruitment, order class training, industry school research, course development, teacher mutual training, and attracting applied skilled talents.

This visit not only established a platform for cooperation and exchange between teachers and enterprises, but also laid the foundation for students' on-the-job internships and future employment. Both schools and enterprises complement each other's advantages, work together to advance and develop in a coordinated manner, and jointly explore diversified cooperation mechanisms.
